Delivery & Shipping

We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Choose your district at checkout and we take it from there.

We do not ship outside Bangladesh.

Delivery is 100 BDT to Dhaka, Gazipur and Narayanganj, and 120 BDT everywhere else in the country, added once you select your district at checkout. Dhaka district covers every area inside it — Dhanmondi, Gulshan, Mirpur, Uttara, Savar, Keraniganj and the rest. The charge appears in your order summary before you place the order — nothing is added afterwards.

Orders arrive within 2 to 4 days of being placed, anywhere in Bangladesh.

Government holidays and strikes can add a day or two. If something is going to be late, we would rather tell you than let you wonder.

You can pay cash on delivery, or with bKash. With cash on delivery you pay the courier when the parcel reaches you — nothing is taken before that.

Open and check the parcel before you hand over the money. If anything is wrong, give it straight back to the delivery man — once he has left with your payment we cannot take it back. See the Return Policy.

Every order gets a number beginning BE on the confirmation screen. Keep it — it is the only copy you get. You can enter it on the Track your order page, or send it to us on WhatsApp and we will look it up for you.
